Tales Compilation: Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Once upon a time, there was Goldilocks, who got lost in the middle of the forest, searching for something that the readers would have no clue about it.

“Who said I’m Goldilocks?! I’m George!” George complained, murmuring to himself, wandering around the forest for quite some time. “Whose idea is this… made me wear this fancy old dress…”

Along the way, he stopped, saw a small cottage. As he went near, he began checking the entire house whether someone was inside. Once he knew that no one was inside, he sneaked inside. Upon entering, he suddenly knew the entire contents of the house, except that he found something new that there are musical instruments in one corner of the house. Moments later, his stomach grumbled. He dashed to the dining room, found 3 bowls of porridge on the table. While eating each bowl, he said.

“Too Hot…. Too cold… this is good.”

As he finished all the bowls, he took out his cigarette from his pocket, had his own smoking session. Smoke filled in the air as he blew out. Time past, he placed the cigarette butt on the nearby ashtray, and then went to the living room. In that room, he saw three different chairs. While he sat down on the first chair, he felt that he’s lying on the rocks. Onto the second chair, he almost sank due to the softness of the cushion. Finally, the third chair, he felt relieved.

Afterwards, he went to the music studio, played the instruments. He played the drums first, followed by the bass guitar, then the electric guitar, performing one of his songs. As soon as he finished playing, he became sleepy, went to the bedroom. While in the room, he tried the first bed, yet the felt too soft that he would sink. In the second bed, he felt that he’s lying on the cemented road. Going to the last bed, he immediately fell asleep.

An hour past, three bears came to the house; found out that someone entered.

“Who ate all the porridges?” the first bear asked, quite upset.

“Who sat down on all the chairs?” the second bear wondered, as they went to the living room; found out that someone used the chairs and their instruments

“Someone must have messed my drum kit!” the third bear mentioned, quite worried about his drum set.

“I didn’t remember that I placed my guitar on your chair.”

“Nothing’s… Wait. I know that I unplugged the amplifier before I left.”

As they went to the bedroom, George woke up, heard the commotion, and began to hide under the blanket. The three entered. The two beds were disorganized, yet one wasn’t. As they approached it, he began to breathe deeply. Upon removing the blanket, they found him, trembling.

“Please don’t eat me!!!!” George mentioned, somehow frightened.

“It was you all along!” the first bear mentioned.

“I’m really sorry if I entered your—”

“Unforgivable!”

“I’m truly sorry!!!”

The three bears looked at each other, snickered, and teased him. Later, the third bear jumped in to his bed, gave him a noogie.

“Cut it out… hey, not the noogie!”

“Hey, why didn’t you visit us when we were still here?” John’s voice was heard from one of the bears.

Knowing that familiar voice, he looked up; saw his group, removing their bear masks.

“John! Paul! Ringo! Glad to see—”

In few seconds, they bombarded him with complaints and reminders. He apologized. While doing that, Ringo teased him as he noticed his clothes.

“Does George look better in a dress?”

As John and Paul noticed it, they pretended not to know about it, until in a certain second, they laughed, then teased, as their faces turned red. George immediately stood up, walked out of the room, quite upset.

“Wait!”

Before he went out of the room, the three removed the entire costumes quickly, came after him. As the four went out of the room, they suddenly vanished.

note: the story is based on the old narrative of the story of Three Bears by Robert Southey... except that there's a music studio...
